Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins is an American-Mexican sportscaster. She works as an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation often. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of the TV reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bilingual since the age of nine years old a useful skill that helped her secure her first job as a production assistant for Univision in Miami that gave her the chance to collaborate with producers of National programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. She was hired as an reporter at CBS St. Petersburg. CBS St. Petersburg affiliate following that. In 2009, she relocated into Rio Grande Valley, Texas to work as an anchor for the newscast of KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. She covered stories about the issue of immigration and trafficking drugs in both Texas and Mexico. In addition, she was used at times as a news and sport anchor. Antonietta's parents are originally native to Veracruz Mexico. The city of Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd November 1985. She has an elder sister. In 1992, the family left Mexico to the US and eventually settled in Miami. The couple divorced shortly thereafter and, in the year 1995, she got married to a naval architect named Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo died in 2006 of kidney cancer. In the summer of 2006, she took one week with her sibling at Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl was working there. Antonietta was a senior high school student and had a clear idea of her goals for the future. She went to Mount Union University in order to see if it was a good fit for her. It was an amazing campus. They also offered her the degree she wanted. After finishing high school, she made the decision to enroll at the university and major in media studies. Her professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was student in the class, established a lasting relationship with the student. Her professor Mark Bergmann inspired her by his love of journalism. Also, he deeply affected her.
